12. Refund Policy: If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before we start your application you can do so by sending a written cancellation request to billing@eta-canada-online.com. You will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, excluding non-refundable Government fees, and less a $29 processing fee for each transaction. If you decide to cancel after we started your application no refund will be given and the service will be completed. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after the documents have been received and the application process has begun.
